Specific Job Requirements

- At least 6MONTHS of real estate telemarketing/appointment setting experience is required.

- Within the first week of training, team dialogue and scripts must be practiced, memorized, and internalized.

- Create a sense of familiarity and comfort with leads in order to quickly build rapport.

- The ability to actively listen to the conversation and guide the prospect to their next step by asking probing questions

- Must be solution-oriented and communicate with team leader on a regular basis.

- Tracking performance and sales activity is required.

- A confident telephone voice that is fluent and free of accents or dialect tendencies (or be able to be trained)

- Private and Quiet Working Environment Required. Good/ high speed internet necessary

- Perform outbound sales calls to the absentee owner, expired, for sale by owner, and other sources to generate leads and appointments for real estate agent

- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO MANAGE ONCE A MONTH PROJECTS (SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT **WILLING TO TRAIN)

- Transaction Coordinating/Listing Management Experience a HUGE PLUS++++
