Create a training module for my employees

I am looking for someone who has done something similar before. All messages with "I've never done it before but I'm very eager to learn...." will be disregarded, as it's not what I need for this project. This will all be for internal use only.

We are rebranding an offshoot of our company. We need existing training materials (docs, videos, ppt's mostly) rebranded with our new company's name, logo, colors, etc. Easy. There are also some changes being made in this new offshoot company, including a whole new CRM, amongst other changes. So the processes will mostly still be the same, but the steps taken to accomplish those processes will be unique. There are several user roles that we need to do the same thing for, and some of them include taking in training material from two different sources and condensing it into one, rebranded, easily understood new one.

Specifically needing:
-Someone with experience doing something similar. This is non-negotiable. I am not going to teach you the proper way to do this because I don't know it, it's not my expertise and it's not what we do.
-Strong understanding of English. C2 is ideal, C1 is a minimum.
-Able to understand and use CRM systems. We are switching from Honeybook to Releventful. Being able to replicate workflows/automations are important.
-Able to commit 25+ hours per week on this til its done. More is better.
-Be willing to learn to use my software ( ---------- ) to create training materials along with standard docs. If you have previously used it, you go to the top of my list. If you use something similar but different, let's discuss it!
