Project Manager/Someone Who Can Help Assist Me & Help Organize My Growing Business

I am very unorganized and I am starting a clothing business. I have sizes of samples, prices from suppliers, different measurements from different designs and all these things going on and I am unable to organize these. So everything is trapped inside my brain.

I need someone who can take all this information. Contact supplier to get price, the material, name of supplier and organize it so we can differentiate between the other suppliers. Same with product designs etc.

This is ongoing thing. Could be my personal assistant project manager for long long time.

I will start salary low until we can figure out how much work will be required. The business will grow very very soon.
