Job Description:
• Managing a team of sales professionals
• Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group
• Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target located sales strategy and monitor sales performance
• Capability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa
• Must be willing to undergo rigid trainings
Qualifications:
• Male or female of at least 25 to 40 years of age
• The ideal candidate should be a college graduate of any 4-year course or at least at 2nd year level
• Has excellent communication and inter-personal expertise, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets
• Preferably with at least one (1) year experience from a Real Estate company. Selling experience from other industries such as car dealership, insurance and
pharmaceutical can be considered
• With at least 5 qualified salespersons ready to be on board ASAP
