LONG TERM FULL TIME PHP Developer Needed!

We are looking for a good, long-term PHP developer to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- We have a number if custom developed web services deployed using PHP and various frameworks (Upgrade to see actual info, jQueryUI, etc)
- You will be working on a mixture of approximately 50% new development, and 50% updates, feature enhancements and bug fixes to existing systems
- Storing code in a combination of GIT repositories as well as SVN repositories is a requirement
- A staging/sandbox server will be provided to you for every project you work on. You will be required to do your work on that server environment (NO WORKING LOCAL)
- WordPress Development experience is a plus (Creating Plugins From Scratch, Modifying Code to be compatible with new versions, writing custom theme functions, etc.)
- Deadlines will be assigned with each task and you will be expected to meet them
- You may be assigned tasks on more than one project at once and will need good time management skills to show progress on all of your work
- You will be expected to do your own unit testing and QA before reporting your work complete.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review business requirements
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- A complete profile / CV with job history
- References or an established reputation on this platform preferred
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot code that you did not write

PAYMENT AND HOURS:
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
- We require all development staff to work at least 3.5 hours per day that overlap with 9AM-5PM US East Cost time for team communications.
- Unless we are behind on deadlines, you will not work weekends.
- You will be paid bi-weekly via TransferWise.
