Customer Service and TeleSales

A rapidly growing multinational eCommerce business operating in the health and wellbeing industry seeking a qualified Customer Service Sales Assistant to join our current TeleSales Representative.

We are seeking a proven, persuasive Customer Service Sales Assistant that’s used to being top of the monthly leaderboard to sell high converting, great quality health and wellbeing products that help people live their life on their terms - ---------- ’s a fast-paced, demanding environment - but if you’re looking to be the BEST and really help people you’re the kind of person that will thrive in our challenging environment.
You’ll join our small but rapidly growing team of telesales and customer support specialists to hit ambitious targets and DELIGHT our customers while maximizing revenue.

The Role:

80% Outbound calling with warm leads
Inbound call handling of customer inquiries
Assisting customers with their concerns through phone, email, and live chat. Concerns such as product knowledge, payment issues, and/or just general inquiries.
Accurately record and log customer interactions and resolutions
Contributes to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction
Fast-paced, dynamic environment with an expectation to hit individual and team sales quotas
Hours are in line with EST
Other ad hoc customer service related tasks might be required from time to time

Essential Skills:

At least 6 months of TeleSales and/or Customer Service Support experience handling Outbound and Inbound calls.
Good communication skills - Persuasive, empathetic, friendly, and patient.
Excellent listening skills
Able to work from a script but adapt quickly.
Proven experience in handling customer inquiries
Results-driven
Able to work as a team
Attention to detail, able to manage priorities and work under pressure
Fast learner
Familiarity with American culture and language is ideal but not required.
Fluency in the English language is a must.

MUST HAVE:


laptop or computer with at least an i5 processor.
As the role is working from home, you must have a quiet working environment - no noise in the background etc.

fast internet connection at least 35 ---------- pensation package:

Above market-rate salary - base salary + 5% monthly sales commission.
4 weeks paid holiday per year
Opportunity for overtime when available
