Video Editor, Thumbnail Creator for a YouTube channel

Hi I'm Alina, I am looking for someone to edit my videos and create thumbnails for my YouTube channel. I am only hiring full time (35h/week). And I am interested to work with you on a long term basis as well.

I always edit my videos with the program Premiere Pro from Adobe. The thumbnails are created with Adobe Photoshop. I am searching for someone who is able to work with these programs.

What is required:
- Stable internet connection (about 30 Mbit download)
- a very good computer/laptop with a powerful graphic card (Windows or Mac) with which you are able to cut videos (my videos are recorded in 4k)
- Good in English
- Professional in working with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Interested to learn
- creativity
- patience
