Social Media TEAM Manager (PHP 314/HR - FULL time)

We are looking for a FULL-time Social Media Team Manager who has the availability to work full time starting as soon as possible.

We are a marketing company that works with English speakers and already have a team of 20+ high-performing individuals from the Philippines. Having a mastery of the English language is a requirement, and will be tested prior to hiring.

ALL TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE PROVIDED!

Tasks will include:
- Preparing weekly, and monthly reports to management
- Hiring and training new social media managers
- Removing underperforming tea ---------- mbers
- Troubleshooting issues with social media accounts and with the team you manage

Requirements:
- Past experience as a social media manager
- Past experience with team management
- Mastery of the English language (spoken and written)
- Having a quiet environment to work
- A Windows 10 Laptop/PC or Mac (Apple) with at least i3 or equivalent with 4GB RAM
- Reliable internet and fast internet

Applicants should be well versed in using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Slack, or, at the very least, be willing to learn how to use them =)
