Full Time VA - Finding Leads

I'm looking for a full time VA to help me with B2B list building 5 days per week for 10 hours per day. This has the potential to be a long term position.

I will provide training but I'm interested to know your current process to find leads. What steps do you take to find the following information:

- Company name
- Company website
- Company telephone number
- Business owner's email address
