JOB OVERVIEW

Our US-based Credit Repair Company is looking for a highly experienced and reliable Assistant Manager to assist in overseeing the company's daily business activities. This position will be responsible to working hand in hand with the CEO and the Operations Manager in managing resources, developing, and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. Additionally, this role regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize staff productivity. The Asst. Manager helps to assess the needs of the company and finds ways to contribute to the big picture by ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Salary: Depends on qualifications

Results expected (KPIs)
--Monitoring of department performances
--Upskilling and improving overall business processes

Main Responsibilities
--Liaises with the management regarding operations-related decisions & sets strategic goals
--Plans and monitors the day-to-day running of business to ensure customer satisfaction
--Helps the CEO or the Operations Manager in supervising the managers and support staff in the operations department, and regularly monitor the team's KPIs
--Defines, implements and revises operational policies and guidelines for the organization
--Liaises with managers to develop financial/business plans and ensures full compliance
--Keeps track of the company's revenue margins, conducts reviews to maximize profits and monitors sales performance
--Oversees client support services
--Manages resource allocation

Core Competencies for position
--Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
--Superior knowledge of policy regulations and operational guidelines
--Prior experience with Credit Repair Industry for a managerial role preferred
--Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
--Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
--Demonstrated success in innovating solutions to increase productivity and profitability
--Outstanding communication skills

Qualifications
--At least 2 years as Asst. Operations Manager or similar roles
--Prior industry experience is a huge advantage
