Prepare RM PO base on the in-out list from Sales & send it thru email to supplier, sales, ---------- nd the shipping documents to broker and insurance surveyor
Monitor and coordinate with broker the status of incoming shipments
Prepare letters as required by shipping lines
Input the details of the incoming raw materials in system HG and print MOT labels
Update the monitoring files - RM PO Balances, Shipment Status & RM for Payment
Update/prepare declarations using the Automated Inventory Management System as required by BOC
Other task that may be assigned from time to time
