Software Quality Assurance Tester

About the Role
You will be responsible for the quality of software development and deployment. You will be involved in performing manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for its purpose and meet customers' expectation.

Responsibilities
• Analyze user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility ensuring that user stories are written as per agreed standards.
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
• Develop and execute maintainable test cases and regression test suites from analysis of user stories and process maps.
• Record results and summary of test outcomes using agreed methods and standards.
• Work with minimal supervision amongst other multi-disciplinary professionals to deliver to defined timelines.
• Provide support and documentation.

Technical Requirements
Your technical competencies should ideally include:
• Experience in manual end-to-end testing in particular experience with functional testing planning and execution.
• Experience in testing web and mobile products and solutions.
• Some exposure to automation environments would be an advantage.
• Experience in presenting issues, testing objectives and requirements in a clear, concise, and articulate manner.
