American Real Estate Sales Role

Looking for a tea ---------- mber that speaks well with people in a Sales role to place offers on real estate leads. There will be an opportunity for long-term employment as my longest tea ---------- mber has been with the company for 6 years and I found her on this site.

I always seem to be one of the last people to find out about family or work drama.

Many people see me as a cold individual and don't always naturally speak to me but it's because they don't understand me. I am a caring individual but just in a different way than what society expects me to be.

7. Reliable Internet(25/mbps) at home
8. Must Be Punctual
9. Quiet work environment
10. Work Night Shift. 8 am - 5 pm est. 1-hour lunch breaks.

Experience:
None is necessary but sales experience and real estate are preferred.
Training will be provided internally.

The ability to easily connect with people, self-starter, speak English well for an American population, and be punctual will have precedence over everything else.

Pay:
Salary is $600 USD/month plus Bonuses.
3 months it will go to $700 USD/month + Bonuses
6 months it will go to $800 USD/month + Bonuses

Bonuses will be paid for closed real estate transactions that you are able to get a contract signed from a seller. Bonuses can range from $150-$600+ per closed transaction. The typical average is $300 per deal but it goes up the larger the deal.
