Android Reskinner and Administrator

I am looking for someone to work with me long term to build a portfolio of apps for the android market to start with and moving into the apple market at a later date.

I have around 20 games ready to be reskinned and launched into the app market and I am looking for someone who has general Android Studio and Eclipse skills in order to get them up and running in the app store to start promotion.

If the same person has skills to be able to promote in the app store as well it will help a great deal but not essential.

I am looking to build a long term relationship with someone that is looking to grow their skills and learn but also wants to have something that is going to be a challenge to them.

I have training materials to help with the promotion and app building and would be only too happy to help grow your skill set as we grow the portfolio.
