Title: Executive Assistant to the Business Development Director

Type: Permanent position, Full Time
Target work week: 40 hours a week (10AM - 7PM MST)
Location: Remote - Work From Home
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Business Development Director!

This role will work cooperatively with the BD team and Director of Business Development to schedule client meetings, organize calendars, oversee the companies BD email outreach process, monitor BD/sales activities, and provide administrative support as needed. Additional responsibilities include providing both strategic and clerical assistance to the business development team in where support is needed and with client ---------- addition, the Executive Sales Assistant will assist with the administrative functions of sales and marketing events.

The Executive Assistant to the Business Development will answer any incoming calls as a company representative, communicate with potential clients to gather any relevant advertising materials, and will be the point person in intercepting potential sales calls and inquiries and referring those calls to the Director of Business Development.

This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

The Executive Assistant to the Business Development Director must be detail-oriented, creative, and personable, articulate clearly, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, basic computer skills, and effective customer service skills.

Act as administrative assistant to the Director of Business Development or other possible designated ---------- plete the administrative needs of the BD/Sales team.
Support the BD/Sales team.
Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments, marketing account access, or other sales ---------- volvement with all the sales-related activity of the company.
Answer incoming calls as a company representative.
Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in writing as directed by the Director of Business Development.
Handle customer inquiries while providing a high quality of service to each caller.
Speak with prospective customers using clear and professional language.
Write up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence, including but not limited to proposals, SOWs, contracts, and proof of performance recaps.
Assist with the administrative functions of future Sales and Marketing events (Webinars, Trade Shows, etc.)
Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information in CRM, completing any relevant paperwork, and filing documents.
Contact potential customers to arrange marketing strategy appointments.
Resolve any sales-related issues with customers involving direct supervisor.
Perform other functions assigned by the Director of Business Development.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

This position will be evaluated based on demonstrating the following knowledge, skills, and abilities in carrying out the duties assigned above:

Must understand or demonstrate a high proficiency with media and sales terminology and client-focused sales strategies.
Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills.
Strong written, oral, and visual communications skills.
Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability
Must be computer proficient—particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Google Suites tools.
Ability to project a professional demeanor.
Skilled in time management.
Ability to actively contribute as a tea ---------- mber of the BD staff.
An understanding of and appreciation for digital advertising & sales.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Assistant/Sales Agent/Business Development
Experience as Executive/Admin Assistant
Must be able to work full-time
Hours: minimum 40 hours a week
Shift: Graveyard between 9 am to 9 pm EST. Flexible work shifts can be negotiated based on circumstances
Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, management, marketing, or any related field
