[Brief]

As the content writer of our company, you will report directly to the Content Lead and will be responsible for writing up engaging posts for the company. Creatives that we normally produce includes Facebook/ Instagram posts, Carousels, Broadcasts, Linkedin Articles, Captions, Video subtitles and scripts and so on.

Since content writing is known to be one of the best ways to communicate and promote the company's/clients’ messages on online and offline platforms, your position will play an important role in the team’s success.

[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES]

Your primary roles include:
Working with our creative teammates and Founders
Regularly communicating and collaborating with the video, design and operations teams
Establishing a clear understanding of the outcome and purpose for each content written
Brainstorming content ideas for Trident Digital and its clients
Writing content for Trident Digital and its clients on social media
Writing captivating articles
Subtitles quality check for videos
Writing scripts for videos
Coming up with bio/description for clients
Video/post headlines
Website copywriting
Anything else that needs to be well-written

Your secondary roles include:
Interacting with clients on a daily basis and growing that relationship
Excellent management skills in balancing project timelines, checking the statuses of projects and constantly on the ball
Understanding digital and social media marketing, the usage of its tools and staying up to date with the latest trends
Supporting client-driven marketing campaigns from conceptualising to execution
Supporting in client communications, conflict resolution and ensures that client issues/queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner.

[REQUIREMENTS]

Have a flair in writing
Excellent command of the English language
Have a creative mind and good storytelling skills
Have the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Solid attention to detail
And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!
