Loan Processor (Australia EXPERIENCE)

Looking for an awesome support person to help us with our growing real estate and mortgage broking company. We are looking for someone who have an experience with loan mortgage process in Australia ( Policy, Servicing, Ordering Valuation, Pricing etc. ) initially to start with being admin support for our finance ---------- nding out credit guides, entering data into the CRM, etc

Key to Success:
Serviceability calculators completed accurately
Critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to do research and make enquiries with lender to
confirm relevant credit policies
Interpret credit policy to apply to loan scenarios
Prioritizing applications
Responding quickly to broker needs
Understanding lender requirements, application approval
process
Broker more information required and rework to be
minimised by getting application structured and submitted
accurately
Data Entry - Apply Online

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret credit policy as it relates to a scenario
Complete lender and LMI serviceability calculators
Maintain internal systems & processes


We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, experience in using Mercury, Flex, Podium & Infinity, salestrekker great English speaking, and writing communication. Must have excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail. Familiarity with Trello would be great as well.

Must have a good and reliable internet connection.
