Full-Time Video Creator/Outsourcer Wanted

We're seeking for a full-time video creator and outsourcer.

Note that this position is for the long-term only.

We're fully aware of how important it is for you to find full-time employment.

You'll be responsible for creating videos using power point for its presentation and a screen recording tool for making the video.

Also, you'll be outsourcing videos, so giving someone instructions on how to create videos. Your responsibility is also to create high quality videos for our promotions.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of internet marketing experience. We're not looking to train someone from scratch.

Here are some of the tasks that you'll be implementing on a daily basis:

+Keyword Research. Researching popular search terms for Youtube. All videos you create will be uploaded and marketed on Youtube.

+Creating compelling and sensible videos. That will be done through power point. So you'll be creating a presentation and recording it afterwards.

+Voice Over. The presentation you create will be transformed into a voice over.

+Outsourcing Face to Face videos. We'll be giving you a number of outsourcers, or you need to find them yourself given our instructions, and give them a script which they'll use for the video creation.

+Outsourcing of scripts. We'll give you contacts of people who are going to write scripts for our projects.

+Uploading videos to Youtube.

+Promoting videos via social media marketing strategies. You're going to create a lasting brand for our business.

+Link Building (SEO). You won't have to do build links manually - you'll be outsourcing this part of the project as well.

These are just a few tasks that you'll have to do. There's obviously more to it.

Requirements:

+We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years
online marketing experience to join our company on a full-time basis.

+Understanding of importance of branding and functions within marketing department

+Solid understanding of key online metrics and performance (Traffic,
conversion rates, SEO, open rates, etc...)

+Superior verbal and written communication skills

+Experience in video marketing is preferred.
+ You must be based in either Manila or Cebu City.

Note: The starting salary is USD 280 per month. However, we're more than happy to increase the base salary after time to give you better options and more satisfaction.
