JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative strategist who will write and direct creative concepts or copies for high-performing FB/IG/YouTube/TikTok ads which will be made by our ---------- the past, we have spent over $50,000+ on Facebook Ads and wanting your skills to double this. You will oversee the creative assets that will be launched through Ad Campaigns for an eCommerce Store.

Budget: $500-$650 Per month depending on experience

As a Creative Strategist/Lead, your mission will involve:
- Creating concepts, storyline, instructions for the designers to make the final output which is then launched by our Social Media Manager
- You will look for examples and share those ideas with the designers.
- You will conceptualize the structure of the video/design such as the hook (first 5 seconds), body of the video and the conclusion.
- Keeping a close eye on the quality of ads we put out. Yep, that means consistency with the brand and creative strategy again.
- Working as part of the team to assess a company's strengths and develop brand positioning.
- Keeping that thinking cap on when you research and develop creative ideas for new creative campaigns.
- Diving into the performance data to see which ads are working. Then, breaking it down to see which creative routes are doing the best, and for which personas.

You’ll do great if you combine the following experience, skills and attributes:

- An eye for good copy and design (and, maybe more importantly, for bad copy and design)
Impressive powers of persuasion (through storytelling)
- A portfolio that shows you can tell a brand’s story through great campaigns
- Intimate knowledge of digital - that means you’ve written and/or reviewed social media paid ads, landing pages, email copy, whitepapers etc.

Requirements:
- Proven track record working as a Brand Strategist/ Creative Director or in similar role
- Understanding of how to get ‘into minds of consumers’ and develop compelling creative strategy based on consumer intent and behaviour
- Available 20-50h per month
- Excellent spoken and written English
- We expect to tests at least 5+ ads per week for a product.
