Long Term Advisor Assistant

We are looking for a long-term Advisor Assistant who can work full-time remotely in the Pacific Time zone with shifting schedules. The company is a home care agency based in San Jose, California.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting client interviews over the phone
Proactive in undertaking daily tasks and activities to ensure coordination of the departments
Support the marketing team in coordinating and organizing various projects and activities
Market our services over the phone
Obtain appointments and meetings for sales staff
Research the market area
Data Entry
Retrieve and provide the information as requested by the team
Follow up with new clients and marketing accounts

Education and Experience
High School degree strongly preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales
2+ years experience in an administrative assistant role

Abilities
Good understanding of office management and basic marketing principles
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Able to multitask and meet deadlines with consistency and efficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presence, and outstanding interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented and ability to make the best decisions on behalf of the company
Able to take direction from various department heads and follow specific instructions
Be a positive and fun person!

You are expected to have:
A quiet home office ( no street noise, no dogs barking, no babies crying in the background)
A fast desktop computer ( at least i5, 8gRAM, Dual monitors, Noise-cancelling headsets like Jabra)
A stable wired Fibr internet connection ( PLDT 50 Mbps Fiber)
Back up computer and internet connection
MUST NOT HAVE ANOTHER JOB
Starting Pay is $600, after training is $700
13th Mo Pay, Monthly Bonuses.
Shift: 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Mon - Fri
