About the job position

We, SEKAEL, are looking for individuals (40 hours/week) who are interested in the position of “Online communicator”. We call this position as a coordinator. Working experience isn’t required because you will have the training for the first 3 months. There are Filipino, Japanese, Taiwanese, Indonesian, Vietnams, American, and other countries in this company, you will communicate with them every day. There are two free conversations every week so that you can communicate with all co-workers. If you like talking with others and now our department is expanding so you will talk to more international people in the future. This is from our company’s co-worker’s comment. “I was an introverted person, but after taking this role I feel I am a more extrovert person, right now. Every co-worker is very friendly, and there are lots of training interactions with others. Our company’s concept is “a change” so if you are interested in communicating with others, why don’t we work together!”


SEKAEL has a big project to help Filipinos. If you work with us, we will collect money for a donation from your working hours for Filipinos. If you are interested in helping others, it might be a good company for you!


1. Must follow the workflow procedures/program to ensure efficiency
2. Compile and organize the files on projects/tasks you are handling.
3. Communicating and collaborating with other co-workers to provide a good quality product(videos)
4. Manage deadlines and progress of the project to ensure that the project is submitted on
time.
5. Check the quality of the tasks submitted by other co-workers.

Salary system

Salary: PHP15,000-PHP100,000
Everyone must start from the minimum wage. Please check the list below.
*Your salary will be increased by 2, ---------- pesos every 6 months until the Max range.

*Note*
Everyone is starting from the trial co-worker. During the trial co-worker, the payment is 10,000 pesos. Then, if the working performance is good, your salary will be increasing a lot after 3 months. The salary will be at least 15000 pesos after 3 months.


Q: Why do we want to increase your salary?

We would like to protect the lifestyles of Filipinos working at SEKAEL by raising their salaries to the average of the Japanese. We would like to help poor children or students in the Philippines, but if we don't care about our employees’ lifestyle, we believe it will never reach our goal. Also, we would like to work with you for a long time, so if you want to come to Japan or want to work in Japan in the future, we buy the round airplane ticket to come to Japan and give you the place to stay in Japan for a week or a month after you work with us for 36 months. At that time, if you want to work in Japan, and if you don't get money as same as Japanese standard workers, you won't be able to work in Japan. Therefore, we make this salary system.
