Instagram & TikTok Paid Media Marketing Expert Wanted. Immediate Start

I am looking for someone to work 2 hours per day, to setup our Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads as well as Remarketing on bot platforms.

The ideal candidate will be excellent at creating social media Images and have excellent cop writing skills. I would also want you to be able to show me an example of what strategy you would use to create the Ads, and the process you would go through.
