Account Manager for a Digital Marketing Agency

We are looking for a digital marketing agency and we have an opening for an account manager to help with client success and retention.

Must have:

2+ years account manager position at an agency
Basic/high-level understanding of Facebook and Google ads. They don’t need to know how to go in-depth on them but need to be able to make the client feel comfortable.
Great personality
Handling of disgruntled/impatient agency clients to make them feel comfortable
Zoom and phone call experience with clients
Organizational skills
Client Retention Skills - retention experience is a plus!
Ability to read data at a high-level

Tasks:
Review Facebook & Google accounts to see how many leads, cost per lead and amount spent
Detailed note taking on calls
Client phone calls
Client emails
Client billing questions
Overall client satisfaction
Technology:
G-suite
Slack
Project management tools

Facebook/Google ads manager/business manager
