Job Overview:
Our company is looking for a Sales/Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and be responsible for ensuring the office runs efficiently by managing administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. The ideal person for this role will have a strong project management background, high-energy, and an affable personality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent communication skills including discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, making sales calls, negotiating deals, and closing sales, continuously updating our CRM database.

Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced environment
-In-depth knowledge of administrative as well as project management procedures and tools required to support an executive
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs Is a plus
-High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals
Positive, proactive, and able to always exercise great judgment
-Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects, with little to no guidance, in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced --environment
-Exceptional verbal and written communications skills (English)
-Excellent phone and presentation skills.
-Impeccable attention to detail, time management, and organizations skills
-Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
-Proficiency in English
-Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
-Fast learner and passion for sales
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-Ability to work US time zone hours


Job Responsibility:
-Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
-Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
-Negotiate/close deals
-Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
-Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and per email
-Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
-Building and maintaining a CRM database
-Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
-Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to achieve better results
-Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
-Work closely with the Project Manager as they share responsibility for Assistance
-Other administrative tasks as needed or on a regular basis
-Lead all administrative support functions, including organizing documents, meeting follow-up and preparation, space planning, meeting agendas, org charts, etc.
-Must understand the sensitivity of communications and the need for accuracy and confidentiality
