Permanent Web Designer (40h/week)

Permanent Web designer position (40h/week) to create and design for our marketing channels

The Fellas Ads is an Amsterdam-based affiliate network that launched in early 2020 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We are a lean and vibrant team that excels at making an impact by our agility and drive to innovate & perform. We are currently looking for a Web Designer that will be working closely with the marketing and sales team to create design elements for our online assets as well as marketing channels.

Requirements:
- Available to work full-time in CET timezone
- Good communication in English
*Experience in the design field is a major plus

Skills/Knowledge:
- Must be able to operate image-editing software such as Photoshop
- Must be able to create a complete landing page with HTML and CSS
- Javascript skill is not required but a big plus
- Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first design
- Have designer's eyes: strong sense in colors-layouts-shapes-balance
- Typography usage & knowledge

Personality:
- Positive and team player
- Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and switch tasks based on priority

Main Responsibilities
- Producing Landing Pages using HTML/CSS/JS with in-house templates
- Supporting the Marketing & Sales team with design tasks (images, banners, logos, newsletters etc.)
- Using feedback from management to improve

* Working hours 9 AM - 5 PM (CET)
* $1000 monthly pay with up to 2 months bonus
* Start date: as soon as possible
