Chat Support Specialist For Small Business

We’re looking for a new Chat Support Specialist to join our Marketing Agency at Forever Booked. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and full of energy!

This Role Entails:

- Booking appointments with leads using text message on our online software
- Managing support tickets, and communicating with clients through email and text
- Managing multiple clients and provide updates on client results
- Learning and understanding our tech stack (systems and tools) so you can use them effectively.
- Problem solving and manage crisis situations.
- Being able to keep the temperature low with irate clients and find a win-win situation for problems

Role Requirements:

You have near perfect written and spoken English
You love interacting with people
You are very organized, and an excellent multitasker
You are comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment
You’re fun to be around over coffee or beer outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing).
