Virtual Member Experience Associate

mindish is a new, integrative model of therapy that embraces human connection. We are on a mission to make mental healthcare a supportive, uplifting experience; to do away with outdated stigmas and redefine therapy as something that is key to wellness.

We are currently looking to streamline member administration. We are a hospitality-led mental health concept (like a gym for your mind) and we just opened our first studio in Hong Kong.

The role would involve handling member administration, managing our member management solution (Mindbody), handling member enquiries, back-office administration, and some other ad-hoc tasks.

This is a full-time remote role.
