We are looking for an expert Customer Service & Merchandising VA with experience working in E-commerce. We already have 2 other VAs supporting marketing & product development, and this is a replacement position of our current customer service representative.
You will need to work for 15-20 hours per week. This is a long-term position, and we expect to work with you for at least 3-6 months. We might also increase the working hour depending on the business needs and your "performance".
Pay: TBD $4.5-6.5/hour, and this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
Requirements:
- Experience using Freshdesk or Zendesk
- Experience using Shopify
- Experience in merchandizing, order tracking & overall process improvement
- Experience doing customer service for Dropshipping stores
- Incredible English and Honest with logging hours
- Passion to strive for continuous improvement
- Great work ethic with consistent energy and attention to detail
Responsibilities

- Support call or chat message from customers
- Communicate on Whatsapp & Slack daily with our supplier and other support teams
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- (We might further extend the business to Amazon FBA, so this might be a bonus if you have experience with it)
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 1 business day)
- Display a high level of professionalism at all times
Perks:
- We will have meetings 1-2 times a week in the daytime
- You will need to work from Monday to Saturday (Might also need to work 1-2 hours on Sunday to handle the priority customer request i.e. cancel order)
