Marketing Executive - Product Researcher and Directory Administrator

The successful applicant will be responsible for expanding our marketing strategies by managing and monitoring our products and inventory.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent internet research skills, advanced marketing and calculation skills, a track record of producing quality writing, and an ability to summarize information succinctly.

You will be responsible for:

Setting up, monitoring, maintaining and updating SEO, SEM, Facebook Advertisments and Google Adwords.

Monitoring Inbound Shipments from Manufacturers to Amazon Warehouses

Maintaining inventory and product control to a healthy level.

Review advertising campaigns and adjust spend on particular keywords.

Review assets for quality control prior to finalizing with internal clients.

Development and management of new/existing online marketing materials or tools.

Assist with the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to global and regional organisational strategy and develop a pricing strategy in relation to specific Business Units.

Develop weekly marketing plan focussing on marketing strategic objectives and assist with the implementation of the plan and related projects.
Conduct market research to inform marketing activities, develop marketing models and to identify the market requirements for current and future products and services.

Develop and implement go-to-market plans to target existing and potential markets and clients.

Researching the internet for quality wholesale suppliers to add to our wholesale directory.

Carrying out due diligence and safety checks on every supplier that you find.

Emailing wholesalers to get more information or request documentation.

Updating and editing existing listings to ensure they contain current information and provide a comprehensive picture of the supplier's service.

Creating and managing highly detailed project plans

Managing multiple, simultaneous projects with cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this position you will need:

At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in related field.

Minimum 1-2 years industry experience related to business analytics, online marketing, inventory management and handling ecommerce accounts.

Must be willing to work in BGC. (or willing to relocate near the area).

Direct eCommerce or eTail retail account sales experience preferred.

Experience in using multiple data and information sources to develop account-specific business solutions.

Experience managing Amazon Seller Central Accounts, inventory and product listings.

Understanding of Amazon, and other eCommerce 3rd party data providers preferred.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel).

Demonstrated capabilities in forecast development in areas of promotion, new items, and monthly/annual projections.

Proficient in the use of syndicated data, graphics, spreadsheets, databases and category management tools.

Knowledge in FBA, PPC, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM.

Excellent internet research skills. Knowledge of how to effectively scour the internet to gather hard-to-find data is essential.

Good English writing skills. As this role involves emailing suppliers and writing up listing descriptions, you must be a confident and articulate writer.

Meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for performing due diligence checks on every supplier added to our directory, so you need to be fastidious about examining their websites thoroughly.
