SEO Assistant: Online Data Researcher and Outreach Expert for SEO

We're an Australian marketing agency who helps Shopify stores worldwide get more sales. We were the first dedicated marketers in Australia to get into the official Shopify Expert program. Shopify staff and top Shopify agencies refer to our guides and support for marketing help.

WORKING AT DIGITAL DARTS:
Our job at Digital Darts is to accelerate the growth of Shopify stores. We do it remotely so this is a remote position. Some of our staff have lived on remote organic farms or enjoyed working at home as new parents.

You will work with our SEO managers as an SEO Assistant. Most of your work will involve gathering data for outreach to help client SEO.

YOU ARE EXCELLENT AT:
- Writing in English. You will write emails for cold outreach. We have templates but you need to be able to edit them well.
- Following standard operating procedures. We have Google documents and tracking templates to help you do your work. SOPs cover guest blogging outreach and other link building strategies you will follow to gather data.
- Working in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and project management software like Asana.

WHO YOU ARE:
It's important we fit you as well as you fit us. There are some personal qualities that will help you succeed in the role:
- You have a minimum 1-year gathering data like names and emails for link building.
- You can work a schedule: 9am - 5:30pm AEST (7.6 hrs a day, 38hrs week). We're in Australia with a similar time zone as the Philippines.
- You show self-control and discipline. This is vital for working from home. We want people who demonstrate they hold themselves to high standards in everything they do because great flexibility is only possible with great responsibility.
- You have access to fast ---------- 's critical to productive work. We know Filipino internet does go out so have backup internet and power.
