Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are IYBS Local. We are searching for an experienced virtual assistant who is well-versed with social media and interactive marketing. As our Social Media Marketing specialist, you will be researching competitive brands as a social media analyst and implementing various social media campaigns that drive business to increase client’s revenue. You will also assist clients within the realm of social media by creating online image & video content that's desirable and reaches the company's targeted demographic; using specific company-owned software programs to achieve these tasks. Furthermore, because the work is virtual, you must have a flexible schedule, a reliable computer system with high-speed internet access.

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of a social media marketing strategy for a designated product. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and implementing content strategy, working to create a comprehensive social media plan, and monitoring social media platforms to ensure that posts are timely and relevant.

Help Develop a marketing strategy for designated products and services on social media
Creating Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn content strategy
Creating high quality content that will be shared by consumers on social media channels
Monitoring all relevant social channels throughout the day in order to respond quickly to customer needs and customer comments
Working with Customer Support team to monitor trending topics and be prepared address any concerns
Collaborating with other departments across the company (i.e. Marketing) to promote the client's social media campaigns
