We are a full-service real estate firm located in the New York
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Research property acquisition data base & creating list on Microsoft excel, Microsoft teams
Data entry and pulling information from different sites
Creating information package on our website we use
Track & follow-up with Managers for any outstanding tasks
Maintain calendar in Microsoft Calendar,
Prepare documents in Word & Excel for banks financing
Making day to day decisions on all tasks on hand
Verifying phone numbers and
Starting new relationships with vendors and property owners
personal duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Highly attentive to detail & extremely organized
Creative, Problem Solving, Research
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Cloud softwares
Excellent Communication Skills with phone calls, text messages,
Expert with surfing online & working on different apps
Ability to Multi-Task and work in team setting
Desire to learn more about the business and be passionate
Hours of operation is NYC Eastern Time Zone 40 hours a week
