Full time developer experienced in software design and CRMs

Greetings!

I run a real estate investing business in the US and have been in business since 2003. Since that time I've had a virtual assistant in the Philippines that has worked for me full time for 7 years now and she has become like family. I seek to have the same success for this position I'm hiring for.

So, let me give some more details...

I am a serial entrepreneur so I always have ideas for different ways to make my business more effecient as well as that of the clients I work with. However, when it comes to ideas I have for software or online applications that I'd like to have developed in my business, I don't currently have someone to execute my ideas.

So I'm looking to hire someone full time to my team that is a wizard at software development and building web applications and design. I know sometimes it's difficult to get a pro at development and design, so you at least need to be resourceful enough to be able to recruit and mange someone for design.

To start, I'd like to build a CRM and drag and drop website builder for my business. So I'm looking to hire someone with the innovation and passion to help bring my ideas to life.

My mission is always to bring value to the clients I work with and create an environment with my staff where they feel appreciated and are excited to work for me.
