Objective:

What we Need/Benefits:
Full-time
Shift: 10AM-6PM
Days: Tuesday-Saturday
3-month period
Bonuses per transaction
Able to start immediately

Required Skills:
Ability to speak, read and write in English
College education and/or high school diploma
Specializing in sales, cold calling, objection handling, data entry, data organization, running reports, and managing teams
Proficient in Microsoft, Google Workspace, Podio and/or similar CRM

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Skip trace records
Manage & organize database
Run reports
Prospect & nurture sellers via phone call & SMS
Schedule follow-up appointments for Acquisitions manager
Arrange walk-through appointments
