JOB OVERVIEW

Technical Program Manager

This is a full-time position at a fast-growing e-commerce company. This is a work-from-home position where strong communication skills are required. This role will be under our Direct to Customer (DTC) Team and the person will report directly to the Revenue Manager and/or to the Managing Partner.


This role aims to grow the company's overall DTC revenue and profit by working with more vendors and optimizing the overall efficiency of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


- Improve the DTC performance by developing SOP, monitoring matrix, and coordinating team effort.
- Evaluate new supplier opportunities sent from the Business Development team and build cooperation with the new vendors and IT system provider.
- Identify the potential problems of the IT system, addressing them via code library utilization or A/B testing.
- Support the Revenue Manager and Managing Partner with any task or need at the ---------- nt.
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.

Qualities we look for:

- Able to demonstrate with 2-3 years project management experience
- Able to demonstrate with 2-3 years business development related experience
- Able to demonstrate with 2-3 years transportation or logistics industry experience
- Able to demonstrate with 1-2 years ecommerce experience (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
- Self-learning experience in IT/software tools (Python, MySQL, or ERP system)
- Self-motivated attitude and responsive communication habit
- Basic data format knowledge such as xml, API, EDI and Json
- Passionate and driven leader with great aptitude for innovation
- You are hungry to learn, work, make changes and improve
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Excellent data analytics capabilities
- Able to demonstrate that you can be highly organized
- Possess rigorous attention to detail and impeccable work ethic
- You are amazing at multitasking and you prioritize effectively.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC- 05:00)
- Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area for meetings and presentations
- Effective communication via email, chat or call in the English language.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.

- Data mining, Data cleaning, process automation experience

Bonus points:

- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, and Google Suites
- Familiarity with ERP system - Netsuite
