A rapidly growing Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an administrative assistant. This role will include scheduling, putting together marketing material in Mailchimp and other administrative tasks for the company. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
This person must be willing to work on Eastern Standard Time Zone (8-5pm or close to those hours).
Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Proficiency using Google Drive and Google Sheets
Must be able to make phone calls to the United States
Strong attention to detail
Job Responsibilities:
Create Marketing Materials in Mailchimp
Call venders, schedule utilities to be turned on,
Other administrative tasks
