Tax Credit Connection, Inc. is a trusted advisor who will help you explore all of your options, whether it is making sure your application to the state is complete and accurate or ensuring that your tax forms are in to your accountant when he/she needs them and we are currently looking for a Chief Operations Officer / Operations Manager.

- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work during 8 am - 5 pm MT, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Assisting with all things dealing with operations
* Learning about all of our functions and ensuring our systems and procedures are efficient and effective
* Updating procedures that need upgrading
* Working with the team to help them to be the best they can be in their positions
* Measure work performances
* Finding software or ways to work that help the team to be better
* Dealing with vendors
* Basic financial analysis with lots of oversight from the President

Note: Knowledge in Word, Excel and Prophet (an add on to Outlook - our CRM system) is a plus
