CTA Property is an established company with a large, highly-skilled, and most experienced install team in the country providing an exceptional level of service to ensure your project is completed on time and to the highest possible standard and we are currently looking for a Real Estate VA.

Are you…

- A People Person
- Persistent, aggressive, and driven
- Excellent in communication
- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work 30 hours/week between 10 am - 5 pm AEST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Research for new properties
* Outbound & inbound prospecting calls
* Town plan research
* Source properties that meet our criteria
* Market comparables using the provided software
* Compile IM for selective properties
* Follow up calls on buyers & sellers
* Update & utilize CRM for all leads
* Familiarize ---------- .
* Ad hoc tasks such as appointment setting, bookkeeping, responding to email correspondence


Note: Knowledge in Stash Property, QuikMaps, and ---------- is a plus
