Currently, we are looking for professionals to join our Customer Support team and provide top-notch assistance. Responsibilities:
• Answer calls from customers regarding products, shipping, and tech support
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all
times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements:
• At least 2 year of experience in Customer Support role handling calls
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Personal interest in providing top-notch quality support for the customer
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Comfortable using computers
• Self-motivated
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
