JOB OVERVIEW

You will be working with Shopify, Social Media and Gmail platforms to do your daily work. (Tik-Tok, Instagram, Youtube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat Familiarity is a *MUST*)

Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for reaching out to customers who’s order shipping address didn’t verify and tracking responses in streak
* You will need to modify orders that customers want to change size, style or quantity.
* You will need to look up tracking numbers and tell customers when they can expect to receive their order
* Track returns and message customers when we receive them * Give discount codes to military or first time purchasers
* Provide a shipping refund for orders that didn't meet the delivery time for express
We have pre-built response templates for all of this so the on-boarding and learning process should be easy.
We have a big team and just want someone who we can depend on that doesn't use the my wifi is down, or typhoon or whatever other excuse we get from new employees why they can't work.
