Freelance Writer for blog

Hi,
This is a freelance/part time position. I am in need of a content writer. This job will entail a minimum of 2 blogs per week with a minimum 8-1200 words. The subjects are Real Estate (buying, selling, borrowing, rehabbing, investing). The other subject is Survivalism (prepping, food storage, guns, knives, wilderness survival, survival medicine, Bug Out Bags, Bug Out Locations, gear`..etc).

Now this goal is to always be 3 weeks in advance with everything. So if you I hired, we need 6 articles done as soon as possible.

I look down pretty hard on plagiarism. I suspect you do to if you are hired. I love research and would require links to be provided for data for the article. Resources is very important.

All content will be the ownership of myself and will be used in promotion of product and services provided by our companies.

I will provide a list of subjects as indicated above

You must have a good command of the US English written language.

All payment will be done via Paypal. Either we will both agree by the article or by the hour.

Now for the job selection:
Please provide me the following:
Write for me 2 articles. One on Real Estate investing with the emphasis of buying a home with no money down and the other on Picking the right Bug Out Bag. Must be at least 300 words.
