About the job position

We, SEKAEL, are looking for individuals (15 hours/week) who are interested in the position of “Online Microsoft office teacher”. We would like you to teach Word document, Excel, Powerpoint, and outlook with Office365 through online. Also, we would like you to take our training, too. First, we would like you to make Excel lesson text in English. The communication will be only in English. Then, we would like you to teach Excel, Word, Powerpoint, outlook to our co-workers first. Then, we will ask you to teach it to real students. The students are international people, so we need you to speak English during the lesson. Professors are welcome and if you don't have any experience, you can still apply for this position. We focus on your ---------- KAEL has a big project to help Filipinos. If you work with us, we will collect money for the donation from your working hours for Filipinos. If you are interested in helping others, it might be a good company for you!

Salary system

Salary: PHP15,000-PHP70,000
Everyone must start from the minimum wage. Please check the list below.

*Note*
We have to judge the person whether he/she can work longer, so we d ---------- everyone starts from a trial co-worker for the first 6 months. During the trial co-worker, we will pay you PHP10,000. However, after working with us for 6 months, we guarantee that everyone can increase their salary to PHP15,000. Then, your salary will be increased by 500 ~ 2,500 pesos every 3 months until the Max range.

If your working performance is great for the first 3 months, you are able to switch to the full-time worker. If you switch to a full-time worker, your salary will be increased a lot and the max range will be PHP150,000 in the future.

Q: Why do we want to increase your salary?

We would like to protect the lifestyles of Filipinos working at SEKAEL by raising their salaries to the average of the Japanese. We would like to help poor children or students in the Philippines, but if we don't care about our employees’ lifestyle, we believe it will never reach our goal. Also, we would like to work with you for a long time, so if you want to come to Japan or want to work in Japan in the future, we buy the round airplane ticket to come to Japan and give you the place to stay in Japan for a week or a month after you work with us for 36 months. At that time, if you want to work in Japan, and if you don't get money as same as Japanese standard workers, you won't be able to work in Japan. Therefore, we make this salary system.
