Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contact customers through outbound and inbound calls
• Verify account status through various software
• Determine the consumer's financial situation and create a plan to resolve the account
• Resolve consumer disputes and concerns while providing outstanding customer service
• Follow company protocols to ensure data security, proper documentation, and compliance with federal law
• Should be able to collect outstanding dues from the customer
• Exceed monthly goals for production and call quality
Skills and Requirements:
• Consumer and/or commercial collection experience, or call center customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to set goals and meet quotas
• Professionalism with our customers
• Positive Attitude
• Spanish language would be preferable
