WordPress Web Developer

We are seeking for a creative and results driven Full Stack Web Developer with Elementor experience to join our small team.

Responsibilities:
- Execute web development process from deploying staging sites to launch and maintenance.
- Proficient in Front End and Back End Web Development.
- Work as an integral part of an agile team to develop beautiful websites that are SEO optimized, loads fast and works well across all devices.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development?.
- Communicate effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues.
- Maintain all client websites
- Report and communicate requirements needed in order to accomplish tasks.
- Report and communicate to some of our clients for one off tasks.
- Follow mockups pixel by pixel and work with the designer in order to arrive with an efficient and well coded site.
- Use required tools including but not limited to Hubstaff, Trello, Slack, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.


Skills and experiences we need:
- Experience in building Wordpress sites including Woocommerce.
- Using Elementor Pro including converting PSD files into WordPress using Elementor Pro. (We will be using Elementor Pro in most of our projects)
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and one or more back end languages.
- Knowledge in Elementor add ons.
- Knowledge and experience in technical SEO and page speed optimization is a plus as one of the services we offer our clients is SEO.
- Experience in Shopify development is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills

Conscientiousness and willing to work with a team and a project manager is essential as you will be working closely with us.

You will also be required to join our Upwork agency in order to work on some of our projects. (If you have one, please provide the link to your upwork profile as this helps with our screening process)

We will require you to work up to 5 hours a day from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mon to Fri) but this is negotiable. The most important for us is that deadlines are met and timely communication/reporting is being done. Preferably with no day job (PH Time).
