REGIONAL WMS DEVELOPER

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experienced Software Developer/ Software Engineer / Software Development/ Programmer to implementation, testing, design and maintenance of Warehouse Management System software (WMS). You will be part of the team responsible for the daily operational sustainability and health of the WMS throughout APAC.
• Implementation, testing, design and maintenance of Warehouse Management System Software (WMS)
• Assist clients into technical requirements.
• Produce documentation accordingly.
• Perform troubleshoot issues and training if necessary.


REQUIRED SKILLS
• At least Diploma/ Degree in any of the following, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Min 2- 5 years working experiences in the Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation or Distribution Industry, it or System Engineering especially in WMS Software Development
• Experienced in Software AG / Web Methods
• Strong logical and good understanding programming and database concept
• Experience in using LFS / LOBSTER is a plus, however WMS development and management of WMS’s is a requirement
• Passionate and strong interest in programming


ADDITIONAL NOTES
This role is a key driver in the continued development of the Contract Logistics product for Hellmann within APAC. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of what Contract Logistics is and confidently review and develop concept processes into system driven operations by using our globally designated WMS – LFS 8.
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a clear and concise understanding of Contract Logistics operations and how this will translate into a system driven environment. Although reporting in to I.T. the right candidate will have a close working relationship with the Contract Logistics teams and be an active participant in internal / external development and project meetings.
