Executive Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a personal assistant that can help me with all aspects of my business and personal life as I am a busy CEO and need someone who can help me on a regular basis. I’m looking for somebody that would eventually be brought on as a permanent/long-term basis and receive increases in pay overtime as you gradually take on more projects.
