Video Editor For Personal Brand (Youtube + Tiktok)

Looking for a Full Time video editor for my personal brand (Entrepreneur). Your job will be to edit a mix of long form videos for youtube as well as shorter form content for Tiktok/IG Reels/YT Shorts.

Requirements:
- Must have an understanding of audience retention and be able to execute edits with zooms, cuts, subtitles, etc... to create engaging content and keep the audience retention high.
- Must have fast internet to download/upload files.
- Must be able to edit and export the videos at a good speed.

Examples of longer form videos I am looking for:
---------- (for tutorial style)
---------- (For talking head style)

Examples of short form videos I am looking for:
---------- (for tiktok/YT shorts/IG Reels)
---------- (for taking a viral clip from the longer form and turrning it into a short clip)
