JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Data Entry/Virtual Assistant to join an established, growing IT company in the U.S. This is a remote position. You will join a team responsible for data entry of all completed sales into our internal contract management database. Experience with computer and networking products
Entering new sales – detailed data including products and contract information.
Accurately maintaining database by updating contract details
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong English Communications Skills
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Resourceful (knows how to utilize Google and other tools)
Excellent computer skills including Outlook and Excel
Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
Organized. Able to plan work and manage workload effectively
Ability to work well under pressure
Intermediate level typing speed
Hardworking
Can handle repetitive tasks
