We are hiring a new virtual assistant/book keeper experienced in QuickBooks and customer support.

We are a spiritual education & success coaching institute that activates conscious leaders and entrepreneurs to profound spiritual wholeness and generational financial confidence.

Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking to hire an internal accountant/bookkeeper and someone who can support our community.

A community support specialist and bookkeeper provide high-level administrative support for students and mentees to ensure they have access to programs and course details for their curriculum. They keep the executive’s communications organized, acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external ---------- munity Support Leaders manage the executive’s daily calendar, assist with team management, and may also perform personal tasks, light bookkeeping, hiring and training of employees, client outreach, ---------- sired Qualifications:
2+ years experience with working as a bookkeeper/accountant is something we are really looking for in this role specifically, as well as someone with experience in an assistant position.

Some related experience may include: bookkeeping in Quickbooks QBO, administrative assistant, personal assistant, office assistant, secretarial work, receptionist ---------- cation: high school diploma or equivalent recommended, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Training/Certification: Certifications or completed coursework on administrative software or personal assistant certifications are recommended.

Strong understanding of online technologies.

Role Functions & Responsibilities:

- Manage CEO inbox and email communications.
- Manage CEO calendar and schedule on a daily basis.
- Assist with personal requests from the CEO that fall outside of day-to-day business.
- Create reports on business specifics, gathering data and doing research as needed.
- Send gifts, notes, letters and other packages to team and mentees
- Personalize sales presentations based on new student applications
- Light customer billing and technical support
- Organize zoom recordings & course material in Vimeo and our community app platform
- Lightly managing our Shopify store operations and messenger support
- Organize pre-written emails and blogs (simply post, schedule, optimize) but it helps to be a strong writer
- Support the CEO on various marketing activities.
- Handle outreach and external communications for things such as PR, interviews, and more.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Help oversee the performance of other staff
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
