Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a well-rounded digital marketing specialist to join the team with an opportunity to scale up and down Generally, you will work at your preferred hour with a requirement to be flexible to be present on some face to face business hours to coordinate with team members.
Our clients and our business style are geared largely around ROI, and will want the new team member to be very commercially driven. A deep understanding of commercial business motives will be required.
You will work very close with Account Managers to develop the digital strategies for our clients. You will coordinate with our SEO team, Ads Team and Social Team to achieve specified goals for our clients.


Responsibilities:
• Participate in strategy workshops and conduct research to formulate overall digital strategies for clients
• Developing marketing strategies including SEO, social and paid to achieve specific goals
• Management and execution of digital marketing activities across email, social, SEO, video, affiliate, influences, and paid search
• Deliver digital campaigns that excite our clients’ customers to lead to online conversions
• Perform research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and use of analytics to measure the success of our digital marketing
• Support the account manager team with creation, execution, and maintenance of awareness across all platforms
• Stay up to date with the latest social media & digital best practices and technologies
• Identify any new digital marketing opportunities for our clients
• Review and audit our digital marketing performance, including SEO, Paid and Social to make sure we are performing well and on the right track
• Review SEO & Paid & Social monthly report, and deliver a overall digital marketing monthly report for each client
